Scope and requirements encompasses the processes for understanding, decomposing, and managing project scope and requirements. This includes creating work breakdown structures (WBS) and bills of quantities (BoQ), managing assumptions, exclusions and qualifications, handling RFIs (requests for information), clarifications and addenda, and conducting constructability reviews to ensure project feasibility.
